Who we are

Talavera Fresh LLC ("Talavera Fresh", "we") is a B2B trading company in McAllen, TX. This policy covers our website, www.talaverafresh.com. For any question about it, email sales@talaverafresh.com or call (956) 414-6657.

What we collect

We collect information only when you send a quote request through the form on our quote page. The form asks for:

• your company name, your name and your email address;
• your phone number, if you give it;
• the product, pack, quantity, unit, frequency and requested pickup date you choose;
• any message you write.

We also record when the request was received. You can browse the site without giving us any information.

Your IP address

When you send a request, our server reads your IP address to limit abuse, such as repeated or automated requests. We do not store the address itself. We store only a keyed hash of it: a one-way code made with a secret key, which lets us count repeated requests without keeping the address.

The hash is kept in our abuse-limit records for 24 hours, and with your request for as long as we keep the request. Our hosting provider may record technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, in its own logs for security and operations.

Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile

Our quote page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a request comes from a person. Turnstile runs in your browser, only on the quote page, and Cloudflare may collect technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots. When you send the form, our server sends Cloudflare the result of the check and your IP address to confirm it. Cloudflare handles this information under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use your details only to answer your request: to prepare a quote and to contact you about it. We do not add you to marketing lists. We do not sell or share your personal information. We disclose it only to the service providers below, which process it for us.

Emails we send

When we receive your request, our system emails it to our sales team at sales@talaverafresh.com so the team can answer it. That email is kept in our sales mailbox.

We may also send you one confirmation email with the quantity, frequency, pickup date and a reference number. It does not repeat your name, company or message. We send no confirmation when a request looks like spam or could not be verified, and we limit how many confirmations one address can receive in a day.

Service providers

These companies process information for us to run the website and answer requests:

• Railway hosts the website and our systems in the United States.
• Supabase hosts our database, where quote requests are stored, in the United States.
• Resend sends our emails: the sales alert and your confirmation.
• Google Workspace hosts our sales mailbox, sales@talaverafresh.com.
• Sentry receives error reports from our servers. The reports leave out request details and personal information.
• Cloudflare runs Turnstile on the quote page, as described above.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising script. Cloudflare Turnstile, on the quote page only, works under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests, and their copies in our sales mailbox, for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. The keyed IP hashes in our abuse-limit records are deleted after 24 hours.

Security

The website uses HTTPS. The website signs each quote request it passes to our system, and only our systems and authorized staff can read stored requests. Our staff sign in to our internal system with multi-factor authentication. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.

Your requests

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email sales@talaverafresh.com or call (956) 414-6657. We answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
